you know how bands on big labels always re-release their records later in the year with bonus content and charge a bit more for it in the hope that hardcore fans will buy it twice making them shitloads of $$? well, we're not doing that. but we are sort of doing it, in as much as there's going to be a new digital package available. what the kids called an "itunes LP" (no, i don't know what that means either).
it's out on on dec 13th, and it includes everything. like, literally, everything. the whole record, the whole extra demo record thing, all the videos. all the remixes. the live sessions. all dave's photos. the making of documentary, and "extended" artwork (they might just have physically stretched the original artwork here, i'm not sure).
and it's really cheap. i think. i mean, relative to the enormous physical and emotional cost that went into its production. i personally went grey sometime this year. and if you can't see it... well, that's because i dye my hair.
so, cool, let's all club together to send the record back up to #127 in the charts where it rightfully begins. us and john cage--we're fighting this battle together.
